A streamlined tool designed to help agents quickly create clean, professional repair requests using our report language.
You can select recommendations, add credit amounts or comments, and generate an HTML or PDF document ready to send to the listing agent. If you have questions about using the tool, we’re here to help.
Here's How it Works
Click
From our HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.
Select
Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.
Preview
Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
